August 25, 2009 (Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.) – Kickoff Meeting & Brain Dump
Whiteaker School (current Head Start facility) Cafeteria – 21 Grand Ave

October 6, 2009 (Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.) – Design meeting #2 (3 preliminary concepts presented)
Eugene Public Library – Bascom/Tykeson Room

November 10, 2009 (Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.) – Design meeting #3 (final 2 concepts presented)

December 15, 2009 (Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.) – Design meeting #4 (Final concept proposal)
